We look forward to welcoming you to Annual Conference at Lake Junaluska for the June 15-18, 2023 session of the Western North Carolina Conference! Below is information for your use in making lodging reservations.
On-property housing reservations for annual conference are made through Lake Junaluska. In order to request housing in one of the Junaluska-owned facilities (not including rental houses), you will make an online reservation. The link for requesting housing at Lake Junaluska will be available on this page. This year, housing will be available on a first-come basis starting on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 10:00am. Check back here at that time to find the housing reservation link.
QUESTIONS ABOUT HOUSING at Lake Junaluska may be directed to the Reservations Office, 1-800-222-4930; PO Box 67, Lake Junaluska, NC 28745. The office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Meals
Lake Junaluska dining facilities will open Friday for breakfast, offering meals each breakfast, lunch, and dinner through Sunday breakfast. AC2023 attendees will be able to pre-purchase meals here (link below) through Thursday, May 25th. Attendees can choose a custom meal plan, selecting which meals they do or don’t want, and pre-ordering guarantees on-site dining.
DINING ROOM MEAL RATES – The following discounted adult meal charges will be honored if purchased by May 25: Breakfast - $13 / Lunch - $16 / Dinner - $19. A gratuity of 10% and a NC sales tax of 7% will also be charged. Children ages 5-11 are charged at half price.
REQUEST PROCESS – Have your Lake Junaluska housing reservation number when you pre-order your meals; your meal plan will be attached to your room reservation. If you are not staying on-property, the system will prompt you to pay for your meals after hitting submit. After submitting your request, a detailed reservation email will confirm your pre-order.
