Tomball ISD is committed to the health and safety of all students and staff during this time of National Emergency.  Teachers are working diligently to create remote learning environments for continued student learning.  This remote instruction, through the district's secure G Suite for Edu services, may include Online Video Conference between Teachers and Students through the use of Google Meet.

Tomball ISD assures:

Online Video Conferencing will be conducted only by certified educational staff.

Students will only be able to JOIN a Google Meet, not CREATE a Google Meet.

Online Video Conferencing may be recorded for those who could not attend the live meeting, but will never be shared outside of the Tomball Schools Domain.

All information learned, obtained or shared during an Online Video Conference is protected under The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA)

Google Meet:  Online Video Conferencing complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
