Calls for someone who loves people and has a passion for evangelism and outreach within a multi-generational congregation. Recruit, teach, support, and effectively supervise volunteers for the ministries of the church. Provide oversite and guidance to small group teachers and leaders with curriculum and study selection with initial concentration on children, youth, and college.
Job Duties: Work with Senior Pastor to plan and execute weekly services, with extra attention given to children, youth, college, and their families Assist ministry leaders in administering resources or activities Assist with various Church technologies and social media communications Be able to effectively communicate several planned sermons per year and be prepared to fill the pulpit in the event of an emergency Light administrative duties within the church office Other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor
