Extended Stay and Boarding Reporting Form
Extended Stay and Boarding (House Bill 23-1269) Sponsored by Children’s Hospital and passed into law in May 2023.  This statute requires hospitals and the county department of human services to collect and report quarterly, starting September 2023, the number of children and youth who meet the definition within the two settings.
