Outward Mindset Workshops

January 4, 2022

What if you discovered that the quality of our relationships depends not so much on what we Do, but rather how we Think, and how we See others? What if you could spend less time dealing with things that are going wrong and more time helping things go right?

Based on the Arbinger Institute’s proven methodology Living with an Outward Mindset addresses the frustration that stems from an inability to create sustainable changes between groups and individuals by exploring in detail how relationships become conflicted and the implications of those strained relationships in our lives. Participants examine the shift from an Inward Mindset to an Outward Mindset in their relationships with others. Understanding the risks of functioning with an Inward Mindset, participants are enabled to better understand the roles played in discordant relationships through a series of frameworks that empower transformation.

Living with an Outward Mindset workshops are valuable for both laity and clergy and can be offered in a full-day six hour workshop, or divided into two 3-hour sessions. Formats are available for in-person or virtual.
