WHO ARE WE?
The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. was created in 2004 by California estate planning attorney, Philip J. Kavesh. Over the years, The Ultimate Estate Planner has evolved in its products and offerings for estate planning professionals. Helping bridge the gap between what attorneys learned in law school (or didn’t learn!) and what other groups were offering, The Ultimate Estate Planner is committed to helping provide practical, tested and proven strategies for running a successful estate planning practice. Principles that are not based on theory or what worked for a little while, but that have stood the test of time in Phil's practice for over 40+ years and what still works today. Now, led by Practice Success Coach, Kristina Schneider, who has worked with Phil for over 19 years, the transformation of estate planning practices continues on for hundreds of attorneys all across the country (including many WealthCounsel members!).
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS?
We know that you have a lot of options out there when choosing different coaches or programs to go with. Here are a few ways that we differentiate ourselves from some of the other options out there.
#1. NO MEMBERSHIP OR ANNUAL LICENSING FEES.
We are NOT a membership organization and we do not require you to pay ongoing membership fees or annual licensing fees to take advantage of the products and services that we offer. There are plenty of great membership organizations available for estate planners. We just aren’t one of them.
#2. EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE.
The challenges and needs of estate planning practices are different than other types of areas of law. Some organizations out there do not have the specialization of being focused on the area of a boutique estate planning practice. If you wanted to learn how to become great at brain surgery, would you go to school for general medicine? Of course not. All of the products and services available through The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. have been tested and proven to work. These are tools, products, resources, and systems that are actually created by and implemented by fellow estate planning professionals who are in the trenches—just like you! None of the products or recommendations made through our consulting are based on theory alone or what worked for a few years almost 20 years ago. It’s based on what actually works and what’s working right now!
#3. YOU PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT YOU NEED AND WANT.
One of the reasons why so many estate planners love working with us and our products and services is that you get to pick and choose what things that you need in your practice and you can purchase those items "à la carte", without having to buy the whole "kit and caboodle". We think that’s a fair way to work with our fellow estate planning colleagues, don’t you?
