Please take a moment to complete the brief survey below designed to measure the adverse impacts that the insufficient H-2B visa cap is having on U.S. businesses, employees and the economy.  The survey is broken into questions pertaining to FY 19 (October 1, 2018 – September 30, 2019) and FY 18 (October 1, 2017 – September 30, 2019).  For FY 19 we are asking you to project impacts, while for FY 18 we’re asking for information that is as accurate as possible.

The information you provide will remain confidential and only used in the aggregate.
