Below are the forms nominees are required to submit in advance of At Large Council Elections. The deadline to submit your nomination package for District elections is on or before 4:30 ADT on Monday, April 3. 2023. Nomination packages must include a completed nomination form, candidate bio form, and a headshot that is at least 215 pixels wide by 300 pixels high.
