Chick-fil-A Augusta Woods & Kuykendahl is happy to have been selected to supply the team meals for the upcoming season.  If you are interested in purchasing a meal that will be delivered prior to each game please fill out the form below.  

Orders are for the entire season (1 meal for each regular season game).

Please turn in a single payment in the amount of $83.50 for the entire regular season (10 games) to your coach before the first game.  Cash or check accepted.  Please make checks payable to Chick-fil-A.  No credit cards please.

Payment for the season will be collected from your coach prior to the first delivery.  

Meals will include a choice of either a Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich or 8 ct. Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets, with Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Chips, Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chunk Cookie, and a bottle of water.

Each meal will be served with one Chick-fil-A Sauce
